I wish I had an answer for you. That disturbed me greatly. I did a double-take, "what the? Was that? NOOO!!!" it's not so much that I blame Lynard (or Skynard) for wanting to cash in, it's that KFC could have gone for Elvis's The Blue Moon of Kentucky. Or some other KENTUCKY FRIED JINGLE. Thanks for the chance to vent. :)
Lisa, You're very welcome, vent away. I also thought they could use Kentucky Rain(also by Elvis), or come up with something new that works in the deliciousness of fried chicken skin and the vast array of sides they offer...Where's the originality...Especially from a place that prides itself on Original Recipe ? Dirty rotten initial using bastards...KFC my Aunt's fanny !!
