A Couple Of Questions...

1. Does anyone else need to sleep with one foot OUTSIDE of the covers ?

2. Why do we need to do this ?

I always assumed it had to do with my Secret Black Ops military training, because that's why I sleep with a 12 inch bowie knife under the pillow, and a concussion grenade in my boxers, and all memory of the actual training has been erased...But I have spoken with some of my comrades, and they don't feel the need to keep a foot outside the covers...Anybody know ? Any theories ?

Yes! Shall we form a support group? I have two theories: first, that it's some kind of body temperature regulating thing, sort of like the vent in my office that blows cold air in order to (somehow) heat the building. WTHF? Two, that it's another manifestation of my claustrophobia, the other being that I really, really, don't like wearing turtlenecks.

Wow, Feral Mom, we should form a support group as I share your distaste for turtlenecks...Shall we meet somewhere in Georgia ? I am intrigued by your temperature control theory as well...Part of why this has always confused me is because it goes against my main goal of sleep, which is to keep all body parts undercovers and away from the edge of the bed so that the creatures under there don't have anything to grab a hold of and take me away to the land of Wind and Ghosts...
