WAFFLES !!!!!!

Mmmmmm...waffles.....We bought a waffle iron this weekend, so Sunday we had homemade waffles for breakfast...I was the chef, they were pretty good for a first foray into waffledom, if I do say so myself...I think there is room for improvement...And certainly room for some flavor experimentation, but successful overall, though I suppose my Special Lady could have a different opinion...And here's a side question..What is the difference between Belgian waffles and regular waffles ? Just the accent ? Ha-ha...Okay, but seriously, does anyone know the difference ?
