Name That Lyric: Episode 26: This Is My 420th Post-Heh-Heh-Heh!

You got any Entemann's ?

Okay, we had no winner from last week, nobody, not one of the millions of people who visit this blog several times a day recognized

"I'm on my way to New Orleans this morning,
Leaving out of Nashville, Tennessee.
They're always having a good time down on the bayou
Lord, them Delta women think the world of me"

from "Ramblin' Man" by the Allman Brothers Band.

Are you ready for today's lyric ?
Really ?
Are you sure ?
Okay then, here it is...

"Childhood living is easy to do
The things you wanted I bought them for you
Graceless lady you know who I am
You know I can't let you slide through my hands"

Good luck, Crimestoppers !!!

I'm just horrible at lyrics. I would guess, but I'd always be wrong.

"Wild Horses"---the Stones circa mid 70's

Wild Horses was done by Old And In The Way before the Stones, I think.

I knew that one!!!

I love the Sundays version. Bush also covered it on The Tonight Show once, and it was actually pretty good.
