Pretty much is what it says it is. Monopoly tie: Images of some dice, Go square, Got to Jail square and Free Parking.
Reminds me a bit of college. My sophomore year, we used to play Monopoly every Tuesday night. we would get a case of Wiedemann's Bohemian Special beer, $3.00 for the case. A fine brew. And we would play and drink, except if you were in jail, if you were in jail, you could not drink.
And if you landed on Free Parking, not only did you get all the fines collected in the center of the board, you also got to take a hit of....harmless tobacco products from the water filled device designed for smoking of tobacco products(and ONLY harmless tobacco products) that also stood in the center of the board. Aaah, and what fine harmless tobacco product it was.
