from "Next To You" by Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes(I'm giving you credit for a typo on "Dukes", Miss. Ann). Brava, Miss Ann, brava. And a bit of extra trivia, "Next To You" was actually written by Steven Van Zandt aka Miami Steve aka Little Steven aka Silvio Dante from the Sopranos.
