'Sup ?

So, I'm back.

Back in the 'Hassee. Back to the old grind. Back in Black. And yes, this baby has got back.

I know that I still need to regale you with the tale of the trip North. I am hoping that will happen tomorrow. If not, then not. Perhaps the next day. Or perhaps not. You'll hear about it eventually is the point I'm trying to make.

I hope you guys are doing well.I'm okay. I'm working on trying to become more zen about the driving here in the 'Hassee. If I continue to let it enrage me, I'm pretty sure I'll be dead a lot sooner than I'd like to be. I think that would be a good move for me throughout my life, in fact(becoming more zen, not dying soon). I think I let too much shit bother me. Gotta let it go, man. Gotta let it go.

I must tell you, I did not expect fish oil pills to smell so much like fish. man, they stink(how's that for a segue, huh?). But I gotta take 'em, as my good cholesterol is still too low, and the exercise is not raising it as much as is needed. Good news, the hemoglobin A1C is still down around 6, which means I am managing the diabetes well(me and the meds).

Can you tell I didn't really plan anything today ? Sorry about that...It's not that I don't love you, it's just that I was up later than I should have been last night watching the State on DVD. I know that's no excuse. I'm sorry. I'll go.

I didn't know the State was now available. Groovy. I'll see about Netflixing that after I finish season 2 of Mad Men.

I can't wait for Mad Men to start up again.I'm still on the first disc of The State(as I am catching up on TiVo'd stuff from vacation AND re-watching LOST from the beginning), but it's funnier than I remember it, and I thought I remembered it as pretty funny.

I heard they altered the music on The State. Too bad, I was looking forward to some 90's music nostalgia.

We give our dog fish oil pills twice a day. Wrapped in a slice of cheese. Maybe it'll work better for you that way?

Ms. Lauren- Perhaps it's my addled brain, but i have not noticed the difference in the music. I'm still laughing my ass off.
The fish pills actually don't taste bad(or have any taste at all that i have noticed) but man, they STINK!
