Awww, you're twenty one today...All grown up...Now have a drink and get out !!!
We have a returning champion this week, the lovely C2 correctly identified
"I was thinkin' about what a friend had said
I was hopin' it was a lie."
from "After The Gold Rush" by Neil Young(I have never heard the Natalie Merchant version, and I really don't know that i care to, I still wake up screaming from her cover of "Because The Night"). Bravo, C2, Bravo !!!
You know, whilst i was writing that clue last week, I remembered a great moment in an episode of St. Elsewhere( A FANTASTIC show-best hospital drama EVER- E.R. and Grey's Anatomy can BOTH kiss my ass !!), in which the Dr. Craig(played by William Daniels-also the voice of K.I.T.T, the car on Knight Rider AND he was Mr. Feeney on Boy Meets World) was seeing a psychiatrist, and the psychiatrist says "Tell me about the dream you had about the silver spaceship flying in the yellow haze of the sun", a lyric from "After the Gold Rush" and then Dr. Craig says, "Well, I was kneeeling, I was young." Kneel Young ? That killed me. Sorry.
Ontyo this weeks lyric, here we go,
" if everyone's a little queer,
can't she be a little straight ?"
Good luck, Crimestoppers !!
