So, I got a wisdom tooth pulled this morning, and I am now eagerly awaiting the Novocaine wearing off- THEN the fun begins !!!!
I had to read and sign these papers all about the potential dangers of the procedure...Blah blah blah...Your face might be paralyzed...blah blah blah...We could strike a nerve and you might feel like there is a blazing hot stiletto heel pressing just below your eyeball for the rest of your life...Blah blah blah...Fun stuff. My favorite was that I might, a few days from now, feel some sharp things coming out of my gum-if I can't get them out, I should call the dentist. You think ?
But it apparently all went well with getting the tooth(what was left of it anyway-it apparently had broken many years ago), and I guess I'll know in another hour or so if I have a stiletto in my eye. I hope not, to say the least.

Bummer about the stiletto in your eye. Wedges are the fashion at the moment.
