Does someone know ? I have read the Harry Potter books, and seen the movies, but I cannot remember if it is ever mentioned anywhere why Voldemort doesn't have a nose. It's quite disturbing to see in the commercials for the new movie "Harry Potter And Satan's Underpants" or whatever it's called.
Oh, and did anyone see the guy on Jeopardy either earlier this week or last week who didn't know the answer to Final Jeopardy, but wrote down "xelA keberT", which is Alex Trebek spelled backwards, and he said that he heard if he got Alex to say his name backwards it would send Alex into an alternate dimension(of course, a reference to Mister Mxyzptlk, an enemy of Superman)? The more I think about it, the funnier it is. I also think that Mister Mxyzptlk would be a great villain for another Superman movie.
Okay, on with the game.
We had no winner from last week, nobody recognized
"Nothing's for certain
It could always go wrong
Come in when it's raining
Go on out when it's gone"
from "High Time" by the good ole Grateful Dead.
Now, this week's clue:
"See the kids just getting out of school
They can't wait to hang out and be cool"
Good luck,Crimestoppers !!!!

Ah, something I have a shot of knowing. We Got the Beat, by the Go-Go's.
Whsy doesn't Voldemort have a nose? Well. I've two thories.
1. He looks creepier that way. Bad witches are supposed to be ugly.
2. Voldemort at some point lost his physical form. Then he got it back. And his physical being could die a certain number of times but his spirit could survive and later retake physical form. This is explained in the books but I don't remember any of the details. Anyway, my hunch is that I think his nose was overlooked during the latest regeneration process.
3. He picked it so much that it fell off.
sh- well, he certainly does look creepy, so that works.
And theory number 2, are you essentially saying it was a cklerical error ?
